At the risk of sounding like a broken record, our team created A2ZUKEY Relay because we’ve missed so many runners, and wanted to give them a reason to get together for a race.
With 7 days to go, we have 43 teams signed up, totalling 158 runners. Because runners are notorious procrastinators when it comes to signing up for races, we expected this number to grow to around 65-70 teams by June 12.

Our long awaited course preview run was Sunday, May 2nd.
We packed a Subaru with mud-stained turn signs, an ice tub of Gatorade, and a smudged dry erase board. Blame it on the lack of events the past 14 months, but there was a universal recognition of pre-race adrenaline buzzing about as we waited for our Garmins to acquire a signal.
